Shipping Policy

At Velen, we strive to provide efficient handling and shipping of your purchases.

  • Handling Time: 3–5 business days to process. Orders after 11 AM on Saturdays ship the next Monday.

  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (standard).

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL (delays may occur beyond our control).

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be new and unused

  • Custom logo products are not returnable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Include a tracking number when returning your item

  • Refunds exclude shipping fees and will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

 

Shipping Issues

Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
